Dear Moscow Mills residents,

    Missouri Pyrotechnic Association has been shooting professional display fireworks in your neighborhood for more than five years now.  We have always had some very good response to our displays and have brought joy to many of your neighbors.  Missouri Pyrotechnic Association is a non-profit organization that brings together professional and amateur pyrotechnicians to display some of the most cutting edge pyrotechnics in the United States.  Our purpose is the safe and legal use of fireworks for the professional and consumer.

    We spend many thousands of dollars to give our members and neighbors a display of fireworks that you only get to see on July fourth.  Many neighbors join us in our display and many enjoy our displays from their own home.  We usually shoot twice a year, usually in late April and the Saturday before Halloween in October.  Once every six months.

    Some neighbors have protested against our displays.  If they stop us now, the majority of the neighbors who love our fireworks will be very disappointed.  This is what our organization is trying to prevent.  The few out weighing the many.  Please, what will it be next, our right to bare arms?  We also understand that the neighborhood is building up.  We have restricted our firework sizes to protect the neighborhood.
